  I highly recommend to anyone with a beloved pet to take them to this place. I have had to take my pups there on 2 or 3 occasions and it truly is an experience I've never encountered before. The building is beautiful inside and out and the staff are very friendly and kind . They treat your pet like one of their own with gentleness and love.

  This is a mixed review. They have been extremely helpful and patient especially when my primary vet messed up. My dog went in for surgery and I unexpectedly found myself hospitalized. Just after picking up Rocky late in the day he began bleeding from the incision. It wasn't stopping. They were able to explain what was going on what to watch out for. Next time Rocky developed a hot spot on his paw and chewed on it. I woke up to find him unable to walk on the paw. It was $200 to walk in the door. Then $500+ for the exam and meds - a tranquilizer and antibiotics. That's a bit much. Yes the money all had to be paid at time of service too. Perhaps the local vets should help fund the service if they do not want to be on call. That's what they do up north AND the pet ERs do take time payments and donations for those who can not pay immediately. They do not turn away pets needing immediate care.
