  My son is a relatively new patient here and had a scratch test - he has several allergies. When calling the office with a medical concern or to even schedule an appointment, I'm on hold for awhile and then directed to a voicemail. I usually do not receive a call back from scheduling - I can't remember them ever calling me back. The doctor was knowledgeable and listened to our concerns, gave some great suggestions. Likewise the X-ray tech was beyond patient with my uncooperative toddler. I'm very frustrated and irritated at never being able to reach the office. For such a large office, you think they would be staffed appropriately.

  The staff and doctors here are great and very friendly. And in the end, my allergies are very much improved after my treatments. However, I’m giving 3 stars because they do a very poor job at explaining the financing/billing of your treatment. It wasn’t until after I started receiving surprising bills in the mail and contacted them that they explained that I am out of pocket each time they order more serum for treatment. That wasn’t explained beforehand. Unfortunately, I cut my treatment short simply because it got too expensive, and I consider my insurance to be very good. The treatment works but be ready to spend a lot of money.
