- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had two surgeries by Dr. Baird. Not only is he very accomplished as a surgeon, I also have been impressed by his team. They work together to assist me before and after surgery. I especially like his PA, Phil. After my neck surgery, I have significantly reduced pain. After my back surgery, I have no secondary issues. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Baird did spinal surgery in November of 2014 and I am doing great. You have to follow instructions well and all will be well. My six month check up is Tuesday and I feel all will be good. I still experience some pain but nothing like I was having, also I have two other injury sights, so I feel that is what my problem stems from now.
