- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went to get my prescription from the pharmacy on the day that our new higher rates went into effect and they told me I was inactive. Pretty funny they are still taking money out of my checks. Even more this month because of our new plan. I called the only person I can reach since the after 8pm you are on your own. I talkined to the prescription company who said they can view my enrollment forms and yes I should be active but they forgot to check a flag and he can't do it. Oh but it is easy to fix and will just take a second, too bad it is after 8pm and a Friday too. No help till Monday.
